private land and as such it is not a public place
and the public need to know this fact.

POOL MARKET might well be
private land but it is also a public place because the public
have access at all times. The drink drive law applies to all roads and
public places such as POOL MARKET. A driver found this out to his cost
in the nearby TESCO EXTRA car park when he was arrested and later
convicted of drink driving despite his protests that the car park was
private land and the law does not apply. It does.
